These Florist Vendor Text Notification Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) apply when you elect to receive text message notifications of new orders from Tribute Store.

Message and data rates may apply. For help, or to stop receiving messages, you may contact Tribute Store support at florists@tributestore.com. You may reply "STOP" to cancel. Carriers are not liable for any delays or undelivered messages. Text messages may be sent to your mobile number using an automatic dialing system. Text messaging may not be available from all carriers. You agree it is your sole responsibility to provide your correct mobile number in connection with consenting to receive text messages from Tribute Store and to promptly update Tribute Store if your mobile number changes.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tribute Store, its affiliates, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys' and accounting fees and costs), arising out of or in any way connected with (i) your receipt of text message notifications from Tribute Store or (ii) you providing a mobile number that is not your own.

You agree that Tribute Store will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any text message notifications; any errors in such information; and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on such information.

All references to “Tribute Store” in these Terms refer to the applicable entity specified in the table below, which is based on the location of your business address. Additionally, these Terms are governed by the laws of the state or province identified in the table below, again based on the location of your business address, and without regard to conflict of law principles.
